At our clinic, we understand that visiting the vet can be a stressful experience for your pets.

That’s why we’ve designed our facility and approach to ensure that your furry family members feel as comfortable and calm as possible.

We have separate waiting areas to keep cats and dogs apart, reducing anxiety from the start. Our consultation rooms are tailored to be cat and dog-friendly, creating a familiar and soothing environment. For pets needing to stay with us, we provide completely separate cage areas for dogs and cats, with our dog area being soundproofed to minimise noise and stress. One of our vets, Jenny, is a Fear Free Certified professional and the whole team has been trained up on the methods to help keep pets visiting the clinic as calm as possible. 

Our commitment is to make each visit as stress-free as possible, so your pets can feel safe and cared for every step of the way.

If your pet gets anxious enough at the vet clinic that we might have difficulty examining them and providing them with the best care and help, we can consider pre visit medications to take the edge off their anxiety and ensure they get the care they need in a calm and controlled manner.
